In our own name
CSCS
Every surveyor holds a CSCS card.
ProQual Level 3
Our utility surveyors hold the ProQual Level 3 Certificate in Utility Mapping and Surveying and deliver surveys to PAS 128:2022.
DBS
Surveyors working in occupied homes hold DBS checks.
Insurance
Public and products liability: £5,000,000 each and every claim. Professional indemnity: £2,000,000. Current policy period to 28 May 2027.
The documents behind the work
- PAS 128:2022, in-house, with the quality level stated on every drawing.
- BS EN 12504 series for concrete testing, with cores tested by independent UKAS laboratories.
- HSG47 for avoiding danger from underground services.
- UK drone rules, flown in-house as a CAA-registered operator with Flyer IDs, in the Open category.
- LiDAR, captured and modelled in-house on Matterport and Leica scanners.

- UKAS laboratory testing of cores.
Not yet held
Constructionline and an SSIP scheme in Corvus's name. Geospatial Survey Association membership. PUMA when eligible. A credential moves up the page only once it is held.
