Defensible by design.
Every Corvus deliverable is built to stand up to scrutiny — in a site meeting, a design review, or a dispute. We pair in-house capability with a network of accredited specialist partners, so every method is delivered to the recognised standard and backed by the right credential. We are precise about what sits where — what Corvus holds in its own name, and what we deliver through accredited partners — because that precision is exactly what you are buying.
In our own name
Concrete testing to BS EN 12504
Our concrete testing follows the BS EN 12504 series of methods, with results documented and traceable on every job.
EuroGPR Certified Surveyor scheme
The European benchmark for GPR competence on construction work. Our surveyors are trained and working to it today and are pursuing full certification as part of our quality programme.
Status: certification in progress.
The right credential, every time
Where a method calls for a specific accreditation, Corvus delivers it through specialist partners who hold that accreditation in their own name. We scope, manage and quality-check the work end to end; the credential sits with the accredited party carrying it out, and we can name them and supply their certificates on request.
PAS 128 utility surveys
Large-scale utility detection delivered to PAS 128 quality levels by specialist utility-survey partners.
UKAS-accredited laboratory testing
Extracted cores tested by independent UKAS-accredited laboratories, with certificates returned in your project pack.
CAA Operational Authorisation
Drone surveys flown by operators holding a current UK CAA Operational Authorisation.
Health, safety & quality
Our subcontractors hold recognised SSIP and quality accreditations — CHAS, Constructionline and ISO 9001 — appropriate to the work they carry out.
Standards we work to
Independent of any specific accreditation, our work follows the published standards relevant to each method. For GPR concrete scanning we follow the methodology underpinning the EuroGPR Certified Surveyor scheme. For utility detection at scale we deliver to PAS 128 quality levels where the brief requires it. For concrete testing we follow BS EN 12504 series methods, with laboratory testing of any extracted cores carried out by independent UKAS-accredited laboratory partners and certificates returned in the project pack.
Credentials in progress
We are building Corvus's accreditation portfolio deliberately, and a credential is listed as held in our own name only once it genuinely is — never before. Our surveyors are pursuing EuroGPR Certified Surveyor status now, and as further accreditations are obtained this page is updated and the relevant certificates made available on request.
For any project where you need a specific certification confirmed before commissioning — whether held by Corvus or by the partner delivering that element — just ask. You will get a straight answer on exactly what we hold, who holds it, and the standard your work will be delivered to.
