The slab cleared and marked before your crew turns up.

We came out of concrete cutting, so we know what you need: the core positions scanned, the tendons and services painted on, the depth written next to them, and a photo in your inbox so the job can start. No report to read on site. The paperwork follows for the client's file.

Your programme

How we fit your programme.

  • We call back the same working day with a price per visit
  • Evenings and weekends in occupied buildings
  • One surveyor, one van, no mobilisation drama inside the M25
  • Repeat sites priced as a rate, not re-quoted every time
  • RAMS issued with the booking, in your template if you have one
When to call

When to call us rather than guess.

  • Post-tension floors: any residential tower built since the 1990s, most car parks
  • Plant rooms and risers with services in the slab
  • Anything where the drawings are missing or older than the fit-out
  • Lift pits and machine rooms
  • Where the client has asked for a scan before penetrations as a condition of the permit
FAQs

Questions, answered.

How much notice do you need?
Call us the day you know the date. We call back the same working day with a price and the earliest slot, and tell you straight away if a fixed date is one we cannot make.
Can you scan around the holes we have already drilled?
Yes. Tell us where the existing holes are and we scan and mark the next positions relative to them. If an earlier hole sits on a tendon or bar, we note it on the record.
What if you find a tendon where we need the core?
We mark it, write the depth next to it and call it as move-it in writing before we leave. If the position cannot move, the engineer decides how to proceed. We will not tell you it is fine to cut a tendon.
Do you give a price per core or per visit?
Per visit, set by the half or full day on site and the number of positions. Repeat sites can be priced as a rate; ask when you call.
Can you be on site at 7am?
Yes. Early starts, evenings and weekends are part of how we work. Tell us the access window when you call.

Tell us the address and the date.
