FAQ
How long does a PAS 128 survey take?
A CAT and Genny sweep is a few hours. A Type B is one to three days on site, with the drawing within 5 working days of the visit.
A single street frontage or a small site is usually one day on site. A development plot is two to three days. Office processing is included in the 5 working days after the site visit.
Book a Type B at least a week ahead so the statutory records are in before we arrive. See Type B detection survey.
